Our 2024 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. The Opportunity

Hiring for a Quality Assurance Intern, to learn and assist with our data processing. 

Candidate Profile:

• Interest in quality assurance, customer service excellence, and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.
• Analyze operational processes, identify trends and root causes, and propose improvements.
• Learn from industry experts and contribute to meaningful projects affecting business strategy and operations.
• Build professional networks and participate in cross-functional teams.

Eligibility:

Rising seniors (graduating between Dec 2024 – June 2025).

Studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Project Management.

Location: Pittsfield, MA (housing not provided).

Compensation & Application

$20 – $40 per hour. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

The internship program will run from Monday, June 3, 2024- Friday, August 9, 2024.
