The Opportunity
Hiring for an Operations Customer Experience intern at our Pittsfield office.
Intern will be responsible for daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interacting with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.
Desired Qualities
- A rising senior (graduation date of December 2024- June 2025)
- Pursuing a degree in Majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or Health Services Administration
- Effective written & verbal communication
- Analytical and Process Driven
- Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
- Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work and our suite of product and service offerings
- Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business

Compensation & Application
$20 – $40 per hour. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
The internship program will run from Monday, June 3, 2024- Friday, August 9, 2024.
