The Opportunity
Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation is seeking a File and Data Management Intern for Summer 2023.
The File and Data Management Intern will report to the Tech Operations Manager and work closely with the Operations team, as well as other departments within the organization.
The intern will largely be responsible for file and database management and cleanup. This will include working interdepartmentally to develop a strategic plan for file management and cleanup and also updating the organization’s CRM database.
Qualifications
BTCF seeks an individual who is highly motivated and experienced in file and database management.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in information technology, computer science, or other related fields.
They must have excellent analytical and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
This intern will have good technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and document/file management tools (i.e.: Microsoft Sharepoint, Google Docs).
Strong communication skills are a must. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications is a plus.
Compensation and Application
The intern will need to be within range of coming in regularly to the foundation office in Sheffield, MA, where employees follow a hybrid work arrangement. The internship will run a full 10 weeks from early June to mid-August. The intern will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and will be compensated $15/hour.
