Today they are known for their authenticity and eye-catching décors that decorate surfaces of furniture, flooring, and in interior finishing. Interprint offers various services such as Décor Development, Engraving, Décor Sampling, and Production.
The Opportunity
As an Interprint Manufacturing Intern, you will assist Manufacturing Operations in a project to reduce waste through a time study on all process flows in the manufacturing facility. You may be asked to participate in other projects as assigned by the Operations Manager based on your skill set. If you like to analyze data to identify how to improve a process while working with a stellar team, this project may be for you. You will be provided with a cubicle of your own for data entry purposes. This position will be split between the office and gathering data throughout the facility. We have allowed interns to return for the following summer(s) and winter break based on job performance.
Qualifications
Interprint, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to assist operations in various projects. The ideal candidate will be Majoring or Minoring in Accounting / Finance/ Engineering. The ideal applicant will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Compensation and Application
The summer internship will run from early June through August 2023. Compensation will be $16/hour, with a maximum of 29 hours per week.
Previous interns in this position enjoyed the flexibility of scheduling their hours early in the week to allow for a better work/life balance.
