Athletic Coaches, first and foremost, serve as camp counselors who chaperone, supervise, and guide campers through the day-to-day elements of camp, ensuring emotional and physical well-being, and serving as a role model.

In addition to helping with cabin responsibilities, Coaches also spend part of the day coaching campers in a specific sport and executing drills. Sports include tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, basketball, and volleyball. As a coach, you should be knowledgeable and experienced in your sport having played at a competitive level.



  • Work as part of a team of coaches to lead and design sports instructional lessons, drills and tournaments
  • Mentor and coach campers to improve skill while also fostering sportsmanship & teamwork
  • Work with other camp staff to ensure the positive resolution of all camper-related issues by communicating clearly and consistently with camp leadership staff on a daily basis



  • Knowledgeable and experienced playing and/or coaching in a specific sport
  • At least 18 years of age and/or have completed high school
  • Compassionate, enthusiastic, patient, hardworking, empathetic, intuitive



This position includes a competitive salary and includes complimentary  housing, meals, access to all our facilities, and a travel stipend. Salary is commensurate with experience.
