We are seeking the right individual to join our Health Center Team. Athletic trainers are our first responders to evaluate and treat injuries and medical emergencies. Applicants are expected to take control, make sound decisions, and stay level headed in stressful and emergency situations.


Athletic Trainers will be part of a larger camp medical team of professionals including nurses, student nurses, and a doctor. The successful candidate should enjoy living and working in a beautiful, natural setting with people from all over the globe.



  • Evaluate and treat all campers and staff who are potentially injured
  • Advise Directors and Head Nurse of injuries
  • Provide ongoing care for all injuries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accompany injured or ill campers and staff to the doctor or hospital
  • Place phone calls to parents in the event of an injury and/or a doctor visit
  • Assist nurse and other HC staff as needed



  • Current athletic trainer certification, working towards certification, and/or ability to obtain certification in the state of employment
  • Ability to respond immediately and work effectively in emergency situations
  • Applicants should have a strong work ethic and good bedside manner.
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat, enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Willing to work as a team player and understanding the fluid nature of camp life



This position includes a competitive salary and includes complimentary  housing, meals, access to all our facilities, and a travel stipend. Salary is commensurate with experience.
